The Quicken site shows Quicken 2019 for Mac, so it appears they are up-to-date as well. There are new versions out this year, including versions now distributed through the Mac App Store.

Microsoft Office will now automatically update with each release. The msupdate tool can be used to start the update process for Microsoft applications produced for Mac, such as Office. Select “Automatically Download And Install.” If “Manually Check” is selected, automatic updates aren’t enabled. The “Microsoft AutoUpdate” window will appear.
